Dumpster Diving and Recycling Woes

I was so disappointed.

Tell me now, Mom. How do you recycle broken hearts!?
ha! Just kidding! (I have my Mother’s sense of humor).

I’m pretty sure she no longer has that cable-spool-turned-table, but it remained around our house for years.

A cable spool was my favorite toy one summer when I was nine. I learned to turn it on a dime and rode it up and down my street. Hmm. I wonder, if I found a larger one, could I still drive it with the same dexterity…
