New Sketch

Sorry I haven’t posted in a while! It’s been pretty crazy around here.

I just got home and I felt like sketching, so I did.

This is my little Cowboy. I plan on developing him more… tomorrow. But what is his name? He’s gotta have a name!

Redesign of MStudio

After a brief debate with myself, I decided to redesign www.mstudio.ca. I’ve been feeling the pull towards minimalism. One page and easy to update.

Have you seen your Chiropractor today?

I started seeing a Chiropractor in September. I had an Insight Millennium Subluxation Station (IMSS) scan done and it reported a number of issues that I have since then been working on with my Chiropractor.

Chiropractic is something that many people do not take seriously but I can honestly say that I fully believe in and support it.

Pain is your body’s last resort in telling you that something is wrong. Therefore, you should see a chiropractor on a regular basis.

Being a Graphic Designer and Illustrator, I sit at my desk for long hours, sometimes slumped over and I plan to make an appointment next week.
